Breastfeeding is rarely easy or pain-free; hence eight out of ten mothers in the UK stop breastfeeding before they want to (Unicef UK). To help overcome this, I offer one-to-one home visits in South-West London to mothers experiencing difficulties feeding their baby.
I offer practical skills, kindness and support to empower comfortable, pain-free breastfeeding and or bottle feeding.

What I do
I have been supporting new mothers in their homes and at breastfeeding drop-ins across South West London, for over 10 years. My experience enables me to make a positive difference to mums’ comfort and confidence during breastfeeding. Typically mothers contact me within the first two weeks of giving birth to combat issues with feeding their newborn.
Practical support focuses on attaching your baby comfortably at the breast, sharing evidence-based information. Emotional support is key; parents often find the transition to new parenting challenging - breastfeeding is not always easy or pain-free.
I help you to gain confidence in your instincts throughout your feeding journey. Working with you to find your best way to feed your baby, whether this is breastfeeding or more typically mixed feeding, combining breast and bottle feeding together.
I offer both antenatal and postnatal one-to-one sessions in your home. Each session is tailor-made to your needs and includes telephone, text or email aftercare
Ante-natal visits to prepare you for your feeding journey - 2 hours £180
Post-natal visits to your home, typically 60-90 minutes - £90 per hour
Post-natal visits in hospital before you return home, 60-90 minutes - £90 per hour
Transitioning to solid food and stopping breastfeeding - 2 hours £180
